Public pages are for public evidence, review, correction and education. Protected material must never be posted publicly or emailed casually. Join by role, not by curiosity.
Scores are hypotheses based on public evidence and review status. Read the explanation, check source links and look for right-of-reply notes before sharing claims.
Corrections should identify the page, claim and public evidence link. No attachments or private evidence should be sent through the public correction route.
Reviewers help test source quality, legal framing, scoring logic and missing evidence. Review roles should be separated from protected-source handling.
Witnesses, survivors, whistleblowers and sensitive contributors should not use public email for raw evidence. Protected intake requires legal/safety review first.
Dossiers support legal review, parliamentary questions, journalism, civic education and international submissions. They should not be used for harassment or exposure of vulnerable people.
Community groups can ask PASO-aligned reviewers to explain methodology, public evidence and safe correction pathways. High-risk testimony remains protected.
Institutions or persons mentioned in a public record can submit a correction or response with public evidence. Pressure, threats or witness exposure are disqualifiers.
