Public library and reading system
This library gathers official documents, foundational works, public archives, open academic sources, strategic records, legal instruments and PASO publications. Each entry includes analysis: key ideas, importance, PASO relevance, key takeaways and an ATSS usefulness score. The library is a research aid, not a final endorsement of every source. It will keep expanding with additional foundational works, DOIs, stable repositories and public PASO publications.

ATSS is a practical usefulness score for Actionability, Traceability and Sovereign-Strategic relevance. It is not a claim that one text is morally or intellectually superior to another. Canonical liberation works, legal instruments and modern PASO-aligned publications are scored within their use context. PASO is not merged with USK/MEN-D; institutional affiliations are kept separate.
